An application for a Waste Facility Permit is made under Article 10 of the Waste Management (Facility Permit and Registration) Regulations S.I No. 821 of 2007 and the Waste Management (Facility Permit and Registration) Amendment Regulations S.I No. 86 of 2008 (hereafter referred to as the Regulations);

This will assist you in

(a) making of an application for a Waste Facility Permit; or
(b) making of an application for a Review of a Waste Facility Permit; or
(c) making of an application for a Certificate of Registration; or
(d) making of an application for a Review of a Certificate of Registration.

Included in this booklet is the application form which is designed in such a way as to set out these questions in a
structured manner and not necessarily in the order presented in the Regulations.
